What are your delivery times and shipping costs?

The products of Paula’s Choice can be obtained in Germany and Austria only via our website.

What should I know about shipping to Switzerland?

If you would like to receive a Paula’s Choice delivery on an address in Switzerland, then please register on MeinEinkauf.ch first. MeinEinkauf.ch will then generate an individual e-mail address for you. Please use this e-mail address when placing your order on our website. Please note that the delivery address is the physical MeinEinkauf.ch address.

If you order via MeinEinkauf, we will only charge you for delivery to a German address. The additional costs for the forwarding done by MeinEinkauf are listed on their pages.

How is my parcel shipped?

Carefully, because we want your product to arrive in pristine condition!

Our parcels are be shipped via DHL. If the shipment can fit through a standard mailbox opening, delivery will be via regular mail, by Deutsche Post.

What else do I need to know about how my order will be shipped?

• When we receive your order on Monday to Friday before 20:00, it will be shipped the same day, and delivered to you within 2 to 3 days for delivery addresses in Germany and 3 - 4 days for Austrian destinations (not counting Sundays and Bank Holidays). If your order is completed after 20:00 or on a Saturday, one day more should be accounted for.
• We'll let you know by email once we have received your payment. Then, when your parcel has been shipped, we'll send you another email with track and trace information.
• Shipping rates are in Euros and will be listed separately on your invoice.
• All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands.
• We don't offer express delivery right now. But stay tuned, hopefully, we'll have it in the future.
• Missed a delivery? DHL will leave notification if you have missed their delivery attempt. With this card, you will be able to arrange for a new delivery or retrieve the parcel from DHL’s storage in your neighbourhood.

I don’t have a German or Austrian shipping address. Can you ship to another country?

On Paulaschoice.de you can only enter German or Austrian shipping addresses, but you can order our products from Switzerland, from any EU country, and from many others.

• Switzerland: please register with MeinEinkauf.ch and subsequently place your order on paulaschoice.de. Please make sure you use the MeinEinkauf.ch delivery address as well as the e-mail address generated for you by MeinEinkauf.ch, when placing your order on our website.
• Netherlands and Belgium: please visit paulaschoice.nl.

Is it possible to deliver to DHL Packstations?
